Creative Movement Lab

We’ll begin with a focused warm-up and technique session, where participants can also ask questions and work on individual technical requests. Once the body is fully prepared, we’ll transition into a creative laboratory dedicated to movement research and artistic expression.

Through a variety of imagination-based exercises and creative tools, we will explore new movement pathways, discover unexpected shapes, and transform ideas, emotions, and images into physical expression. Rather than searching for the “correct” movement, we will focus on finding body lines, textures, poses, and transitions that best communicate an intention or story.
